I can't access my paid content. What do I do?
There may be several reasons why you can't access the guides in Photzy. To be able to troubleshoot properly, choose the best description of what you are experiencing from the options below:
- I can't access the guide from the link in my email. I'm getting an error message.
- I can't log in to my account
- I can access my account, but I can't find a specific product
- I can access the download page, but the guide doesn't download properly.

I can't access the guide from the link in my email. I'm getting an error message.
The confirmation email sent to you when you purchase with us contains a password reset link (for first time users) and a login link.
If the password reset link doesn't work, use this one instead:
https://members.photzy.com/users/password/new
If the login link doesn't redirect you to the login page, use this link instead:
https://members.photzy.com/users/sign_in
If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to log in.
Once you are logged in, you should find the thumbnail of the image you've purchased under the category that it belongs to.
If you are unable to log in, read the section below.
I can't log in to my account
If you're unable to login at Photzy.com, then it may indicate one of two things.
1. The email address you're using to log in is incorrect. This may be because of a typo, or you're using an email address that is different from the email address you used to purchase our content.
2. Your password is incorrect. Try resetting your password here:

I can access my account, but I can't find a specific product
For paid content/premium guides or products, you should see your purchases immediately in your account when you log in.
Products will be under a specific category: "Cards", "eBooks", "Courses" or "Other". Be sure to check the correct category of the product you're looking for.

I can access the download page but the guide doesn't download properly
We try to ensure (and triple check!) that all download links to our guides are working properly. If you are unable to download a specific product, try downloading other guides or bonus content, if possible, to check whether the problem occurs only with the guide you wanted to download.
If you're able to download other guides and not the guide you wanted to download, it may mean that there is a problem with the download page. Contact us at cservice@photzy.com
If you're unable to download anything, it may be a problem with your browser. Performing the troubleshooting steps on this page usually solves the problem.
Note: If you have downloaded Lightroom presets or a product bundle but are unable to use it, make sure it is unzipped first. Visit this page for instructions on how to install Lightroom Presets downloaded from Photzy.
