Experiencing any tech problems with the Photzy website?
Whether it's login difficulties, download issues, or video playback problems, one of these solutions will usually do the trick!
Solution 1: Clear cache
One of the quick fixes to common website problems is clearing the browser cache. This simply removes all sorted settings for a particular website so new settings can be loaded automatically. This solution works best with most tech hitches including login problems.
Solution 2: Use a different browser
Using a different browser will allow you to check whether the problem or conflict is in the browser you are currently using.
Try using a different browser and see if you're experiencing the same problem.
For example, if you can’t login using Chrome, try using Firefox or Safari. If you can’t download using Firefox, try Safari, Chrome or any other browser.
It would also be best to check another computer or device to see if the same problem occurs. If you are having the same problem even after using different browsers and computers, contact us at cservice@photzy.com.
If it works in another browser, you may use that browser to access Photzy. You may also try contacting your browser’s support forum to check what may be causing the issue. Normally it’s caused by an installed plugin/extension, browser settings, or an outdated version of the browser. If it's a problem with your device, best to check your internet service provider or computer/device manufacturer.
Solution 3: Update Your Browser to the latest version
Make sure that you are using an updated version of your browser. Older browser versions may not work because Photzy is optimized and works best with current browser versions. You may experience sluggish problems with older versions of Internet Explorer*, Safari for Windows, and older versions of Firefox.
Most video playback problems are caused by outdated browser versions.
Solution 4: Remove Plugins or Extensions
To check whether plugins or extensions are causing the problem, you may try accessing Photzy using Incognito or Private Browsing. To do that, just follow the instructions on this page.
If it works in Incognito, it may mean that certain settings in your browser need to be changed or some plugins or extensions need to be disabled. To disable plugins and extensions, follow the instructions on this page.
Solution 5: Reset Browser Settings
Resetting your browser is almost as good as reinstalling it, so all extensions, tabs, and changes you have made from the beginning will be reverted to default settings. This will also clear the cache, temporary internet files, passwords, cookies, and site data of ALL the pages you visited. Note: Resetting Browser settings is usually done as a last resort, although we have never had anyone reset their settings due to a technical glitch.
