Purchases made through our website are automatically loaded into your account (set up using the email that you used for your initial purchase). All of the products or content purchased using the Photzy website are stored in the Member's Area when you are logged in, under the "My Products" tab.
Be sure to click on the different tabs and categories of content in the Members Area, as your content can be sorted under "Printable Cards", "eBooks", "Courses", or "Other".
Important Note: We sometimes promote products in our newsletters which you purchase through a partner's website. These purchases will have to be accessed through the partner site.
Also, all purchases made with Photzy are email specific, so if you used a different email address or have a typo or incorrect email, this can affect which account your purchases are uploaded to.
